David Yakubov

Founder & CEO

David R Yakubov has over  10 years of professional experience in the real estate investment and brokerage industry. He is the founder and principal in several real estate investment companies and has been personally involved in multi million dollars of real estate investment during that time frame. David has experience in many facets of real estate investment and brokerage including underwriting, raising money, investor relations, transaction coordination, construction management, marketing and disposition coordination.

David is the founder and Principal of Trusted Property Advisors, Corp a residential real estate development and brokerage company founded in 2012 in Queens, New York. Over the past 8 years, the company has specialized in acquiring, developing, and re-selling distressed real estate. Throughout the year the company has multiple ongoing real estate development projects.

In addition, the company through its marketing prowess and strong connections in the real estate industry is successfully helping property owners sell their assets (residential, mixed-use and commercial).

Prior to developing his passion for real estate, David held various leadership positions at Citibank. In the span of his 11-year career, he worked in Operations, Finance and Sales.

David is a graduate of Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, where he received his BBA in Finance and Investments, Magna Cum Laude Honors.

In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family and participate in various sports activities.
